Poznajte farby roka 2021

Vždy na začiatku nového roka sa predpovedá farba, ktorá bude vystihovať celý rok. Farba roka udáva trendy v grafike, kráse ale i v módnom priemysle. Podľa inštitútu Pantone Color Institute to v roku 2021 budú vládnuť dokonca dve farby a po prvýkrát v histórii sa farbou roka stala neutrálna farba. Poďme si na ne posvietiť. 

Pantone Color Institute je inštitúcia, ktorá štandardizuje vzorkovníky predovšetkým pre dizajnérov. Pri rozhodovaní o farbe tohto roka mali predovšetkým atribút, aby farba alebo farby vystihovali komplexnosť času. A to ich viedlo k výberu k neutrálnej základnej sivej (Ultimate Gray) a žiarivo žltej (Illuminating).

Solidarita, súdržnosť a upokojenie nálady 

Inštitút chce predovšetkým týmito farbami zdôrazniť potrebu solidarity a súdržnosti. “Je to kombinácia farieb, ktorá hovorí o odolnosti, optimizmu, nádeji a pozitivite, ktorú potrebujeme, pretože sa teraz reštartujeme, obnovujeme, znovunachádzame a pretvárame svoj obraz. Sú to dve extrémne nezávislé farby a zobrazujú, ako sa dva odlišné elementy stretávajú a vyjadrujú posolstvo sily a nádeje," povedala Laurie Pressman, viceprezidentka Pantone Color Institute. 

Farba roka okrem módy a dizajnu slúži aj ako odraz spoločenskej nálady a často sú tak vyberané farby, ktoré majú ľudí upokojiť a zmieriť. O tom, že žltá farba sa nám spája s optimistickými myšlienkami niet pochýb. Prináša do života teplo a radosť. So sivou farbou je to už trošku náročnejšie. Ide o klasickú farbu predovšetkým v nábytkárskom odvetví. Je to nadčasová farba čo sa módnych trendov týka, no spája sa s negativitou, strachom, sklamaním či smútkom. podľa Pressmanovej z Pantone Color Institute je táto sivá neutrálnym odtieňom, ktorý nie je ťažký. Prizvukuje však, že hlavným zámerom bolo spojenie dvoch odlišných farieb, ktoré môžu spolu demonštrovať ľudskú silu, odolnosť a nádej.
